By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Valid, government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver's license, passport) showing your proof of age may be required for entry at the venue. Failure to provide valid ID verifying you are 21 or older will result in denial of entry without a refund.

2. No Refunds; All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal schedule conflicts, illness, weather conditions, or non-attendance. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

3. Collection and Use of Personal Information

By purchasing a ticket or registering for the event, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information, including your:

• Company Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address

Sponsor Outreach & Third-Party Sharing: You acknowledge and consent that your information (Name, Title, Company, Phone, Email) may be shared with official event sponsors for marketing, promotional, and outreach purposes.

Data Protection & Privacy: We respect your privacy. Beyond our official event sponsors, your contact information will never be sold, rented, or shared with unrelated third parties.

Data Deletion Requests: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To request that your information be removed from our systems or sponsor outreach lists, please send an email to info@cannabiscreative.com.

4. Media Consent & Release (Photos and Videos)

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded in audio and video formats.

By purchasing a ticket, you grant Elevated Minds, its affiliates, partners, and media representatives the irrevocable, royalty-free right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute any photos, videos, or audio recordings taken of you during the event for marketing, promotional, advertising, social media, or other business purposes worldwide, without compensation or further approval.

5. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elevated Minds, its parent companies, affiliates, organizers, staff, venue owners, sponsors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your attendance at or participation in the event.
• Any injury, illness, property damage, or loss suffered by you or caused by you during the event.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable local, state, or federal laws.

Attendance at the event is at your own risk. Elevated Minds assumes no responsibility for personal injury, property loss, or damage occurring at or related to the event.
