MJBizCon happy hour 2026
The MJBiz Happy Hour Built for Real Conversations
Elevated Minds Social Hour · Wed, Dec 2, 2026 · 4:00 – 8:00 PM PT · Dazed! Consumption Lounge at Planet 13, Las Vegas · $25 general admission.
Why happy hours win
Why happy hours are the best networking at MJBiz
MJBizCon is the biggest week of the year for the cannabis business, but the expo floor is not where most deals get started. Booths are loud, meetings are rushed, and everyone is scanning badges. The real conversations happen once the floor closes — over a drink, in a room where you can hear the person across from you. That's why happy hours at MJBiz have become the most valuable hours of the week for founders, operators, investors, and the brands that serve them.
A good happy hour gives you three things the show floor can't: time, context, and a smaller room. You're not competing with a demo or a line of badge-scanners. People have finished their meetings for the day and are open to meeting someone new. And because the group is smaller, you can actually find the people you came to Las Vegas to see.
What makes it different
What makes this MJBiz happy hour different
A curated guest list. Cannabis Creative Group vets every RSVP, so the room is full of decision-makers — CEOs, CMOs, dispensary owners, MSO executives, investors, and leaders from ancillary brands.
A real consumption lounge. The event takes over the Dazed! Consumption Lounge at Planet 13, one of the few places in Las Vegas where you can legally consume cannabis on site. You can actually try the products the whole conference is talking about.
No blaring music. Most MJBiz parties are built around a DJ. This one is built around conversation. The energy is up, but you won't have to shout your pitch.
Early-evening timing. We run 4:00 to 8:00 PM PT on December 2, the first expo day. You get four focused hours of networking and still make your dinner reservation or the late-night party circuit.
